Why did you join the Junior League?

I actually joined the League because my job at the time was making all of the sales people be involved in at least one networking group.  I was sick of all the other network groups that I had tried so I found Junior League’s website and asked my boss if that would count.  He obviously said yes.  I ended up loving my experience with Junior League and even after leaving that job, I knew that I would be here to stay!

What is your favorite thing about living in Omaha?

I have lived in Omaha my whole life except for 4 years while I was at the University of Kansas for school.  My husband is from here as well so I am definitely biased towards Omaha and have many favorite things about living here.  My most favorite would be how easy it is – driving, schools, cleanliness, people, cost of living…you just can’t go wrong – it’s too easy.

FALL!  The fashion is the best and I love being covered! J  I also hate being hot so this season is good for me all around.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go?

Italy.  I studied abroad here in college for a semester but I backpacked, stayed in hostiles and did it on the super cheap.  I want to go back as an adult and stay in nice hotels and eat at expensive restaurants.
