Tell us about your family? I am single. I have a spectacularly funny brother who lives with his wife in Portland, and most of the rest of my family is in Omaha, including my wonderful mother.
Pets: I have one cat named Abby, and she is perfect.

Job/Business: I’ve worked at First National Bank for 10 years. I am an analyst supporting the Electronic Funds Group. I manage projects, monitor rules and regulations, and provide production support.
Why did you join the Junior League? I joined Junior League to meet new people, to make a difference in the community, and to gain valuable volunteer experience.
What was your favorite placement and why? My favorite placement was Treasurer for American Girl Fashion Show. I loved being on a big committee because it gave me a chance to get to know a lot of members, and I enjoyed the position because it fit my skill set well.
What are your favorite restaurant(s) in Omaha? Jams, Mark’s, Pitch, and Blue
What other organizations are you affiliated with? I just completed my sixth and final year on the WCA (Women’s Center for Advancement) guild, and I also just completed my term as Chair for First National Connect, the bank’s emerging professionals group. Perhaps I will find a new organization to get involved with in 2015 at the JLO Community Fair in January!
What is your favorite season and why? My favorite season is summer. I love spending the weekend at the pool!
What is your favorite book or the last good book you read? A theme in my life is comedy, so I like any books by comedians or humorists, such as David Sedaris. Another theme in my life is simplifying, so I really enjoyed Everything That Remains by The Minimalists.
What is your favorite all-time movie? It just might be Dumb and Dumber… I have a pretty sophisticated taste in movies. I also love Christopher Guest movies, such as This is Spinal Tap.
What is your favorite television show? Seinfeld. For any situation that arises, I’m guaranteed to have a corresponding Seinfeld quote going through my head.
What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? I have two.1. Be nice to yourself. 2. Have more fun.
