College: College was a journey to a few different places for me. I got my undergraduate degree at UNO in Omaha and my Master’s degree from Chadron State College

What was your favorite placement and why?

I am in my first active year so my current placement on the Project Development team is my first placement.

What is your favorite thing about living in Omaha?

I am unique. I do not live in Omaha but Omaha is where I work and is the closet town with a league. I live about 45 mins north of Omaha. This is one of the biggest reasons why I wanted to get involved. I spend most of time in Omaha and used to live in the city. When I met my husband he owns a cattle/grain farm and knew that I wanted to stay involved with Omaha. What I love most about Omaha is that there are SO many things to do. There is a new restaurant for everyday of the year and almost everything is within 30 minutes.

What is your strongest talent?

Problem Solving – I know this sounds boring but I have a great ability to quickly look at a problem and figure out a solution. My brain is really wired to work smart and hard. If I have to do something that seems to take too long or does not seem practical I am coming up with another way to handle the issue.

What is your favorite thing to do on a day off?

Movies or hanging with family and friends. I love to hang out with family and friends, cook and watch movies.

What is your favorite season and why?

I love fall. My favorite part of this season is not only the weather, sweater and jeans weather, but football and being outside with bonfires, friends and family.

If you could go anywhere in the world where would you go?

I would love to spend 30 days backpacking across Europe.

If you could have a super power, what would it be?

This fits perfectly with the fact that I don’t live in Omaha. I would love to be able to fly! I would have so much more time without having to waste it driving everywhere.
